Executive Assistant¶
Description¶
- Calendar management for the CEO and executive team as needed. Includes coordinating schedules over multiple time zones.
- Meeting facilitation and preparation, including Zoom, phone and web conference calls
- Draft meeting agendas and disseminate meetings materials
- Schedule and coordinate international travel for the executive team
- Call, calendar, meeting, and travel coordination, including creating itineraries, document preparation, etc.
- Triage inbox for CEO on daily basis and notify them of high priority items
- Consolidate receipts for the executive team and upload to Brex
- Setup new accounts as requested and save credentials to 1Password
- Establish and implement remote office procedures and controls and add to the Handbook
- Act as an information source on group and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality with the executive team’s personal details and sensitive company data.
- Compose complex and/or confidential correspondence in Google Docs or Sheets.
- Research issues, assist with budgetary planning and compiling statistical data for financial planning
- Provide support and facilitate larger projects managed by others. Perhaps manage less complex projects independently
- Assist Operations Manager with the onboarding process for new team members
- Prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time
- File expense reports
- Develop a strong rapport with the company’s contacts and partners
- Plan virtual company events such as conferences, holiday parties, and executive off-site meetings

Requirements¶

Head of Engineering¶
Description¶
The Founding Head of Engineering at DoubleGDP will lead the full lifecycle of our product development from inception to its first active users and beyond. They will lay the technical foundations for how cities will manage security and privacy, connect with their residents and stakeholders, administer modern and accountable services, and connect with a broader software ecosystem. Just as importantly, they will create our engineering culture and organization: they will determine the skills we need and recruit an innovative and distributed team to join, develop our standards and processes, drive our goals and results. We expect this leader to operate as a player / coach - contributing great code and setting standards while helping others meet a high quality bar. They will lead our formative product group, grow and evolve rapidly, and be expected to take on senior management responsibilities as they become necessary.

Full Stack Engineer¶
Description¶
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design more scalable, cohesive code to enhance the user experience.
- Develop back end website applications.

- Develop front end website architecture.
- Design user interactions on web pages.
- Work alongside production managers and designers for web features.
- See a project through from conception to completion.

User Interface Designer¶
Description¶
Experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, with customers, and with product management. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction, and to design functional and attractive screens for engineering.
Responsibilities¶
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Present and articulate your design decisions.
- All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and updated with the latest changes in industry standards.

Head of Customer Success¶
The Head of Customer Success will lead the implementation with our customers (city administrators), crafting a joint strategy to help them grow with our platform. They will set strategic goals for our CS organization, manage the team that drives user adoption, and run our support operations. Reporting to the CEO, they will have an instrumental role in setting company direction, providing feedback and insights to product and engineering teams, and helping us bring on new customers. They must have good relationship savvy and business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with SaaS software deployments, and an orientation toward action consistent with values-driven leadership.

Customer Success Manager¶
Description¶
The DoubleGDP Customer Success Manager is responsible for increasing user adoption in a customer community and ensuring users achieve their goals. They become a trusted advisor and representative of our customer, helping them to utilize our software and helping our product team understand how to improve the platform to better meet customer needs. They develop meaningful relationships both with residents and community members as well as city users and managers to understand and articulate goals, train people on how our software helps them, and ensure increased adoption and smooth customer operations. This is a vital role to the success of our community and a key influencer in shaping our product.
Responsibilities¶

Head of Product¶
Description¶
The Head of Product is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. They will work with a wide range of external stakeholders including city leaders, administrative staff, pioneering residents, and prospective homeowners to build a product that becomes a centerpiece to grow new city communities. They must identify and articulate needs among these groups that will be the basis of a product that’s in high demand and active use. They will work closely with DoubleGDP’s engineering, customer success and partnerships teams to define the product vision and prioritize needs. They will employ creative product and process solutions to help us grow our weekly active users week over week. They’ll work with the CEO to ensure the product aligns with the company’s overall vision and strategy.
Requirements¶

Market Research Contractor¶
We're looking for a marketing contractor to help us do initial needs identification for gated communities in the US, Africa, and LATAM. The first goal will be to arrange 10 informational interviews with buyers in each of those markets, and the project may grow from there. The person will work closely with the CEO and Head of Product on the following:
- Identify a list of potential communities in our desired markets
- Lead an outreach campaign to get them to speak with us
- Help develop and refine our interview script
- Coordinate the interviews and catalog learnings
The project may evolve to include:
- Build quick landing pages (on Hubspot or other) to test messaging
- Run ad campaigns to drive traffic

Sales Representative¶
Sales Rep Job Description¶
A DoubleGDP Sales Representative is responsible to work with qualified leads, help them understand the DoubleGDP solution, and convert them to paying customers. In order to be a successful enterprise software sales rep, you must have experience with sales as well as a good understanding of the DoubleGDP product. Familiarity with property management will be a big plus. The ideal candidate for this position must be technical-minded and have good interpersonal skills, as well as previous experience in either the sales or customer service industries. They must be driven and organized and a creative problem-solver. Ideally, you will be able to answer customer questions about our product while building trust and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the sales you make.
